Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the human resources function at Amar Cars Pvt Ltd., an Automobile Dealership based in Gorwa Vadodara. Your role will involve managing a team and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the HR team and ensure efficient functioning of HR processes - Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines - Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees - Oversee performance management and employee relations - Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related issues - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in Automobile Dealership industry - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Please note that Amar Cars Pvt Ltd. offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
