About The Opportunity
In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end planning and execution of supply chain operations, with a focus on the near horizon. Your primary mission will be to lead and execute the Sales and Operational Execution (S&OE) process, coordinating the many moving parts of the supply chain. As a Global Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the strategic coordination of supply chain activities across multiple countries and business units. This pivotal role offers the chance to influence global operations, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of products worldwide. By integrating procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, you’ll play a vital role in driving operational excellence and competitive advantage.
What You Will Do
- Own and drive the Sales and Operational Execution (S&OE) process.
- Manage production planning and execution in close collaboration with global production sites and supply hubs.
- Oversee procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management on an international scale.
- Serve as the global point of contact for supply chain queries related to assigned products.
- Monitor supply chain performance with a focus on lead time optimization and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions, geographies, and time zones in a fast-paced international environment.
- Implement best practices to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
The Skills You Bring
- Extensive experience in international supply chain management, with strong understanding of end-to-end operations.
- Strong knowledge of the S&OE process and familiarity with supply chain performance metrics.
- Proven track record of working with manufacturing units, consolidates centres, and global cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Cultural agility and the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-moving international environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to optimize supply chain decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain planning tools, and advanced analytics.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration across cultures and time zones.
