Global Procurement Analyst

As a Global Procurement Analyst at Teceze, you will be responsible for owning the strategic and operational execution of IT procurement across various categories, geographies, and client engagements. Your role will involve being the procurement engine behind Teceze's Secure Sourcing Procurement-as-a-Service (PaaS), driving cost optimization, supplier performance, compliance, and seamless delivery for both internal needs and client procurement programs. This position combines category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and deal execution to deliver measurable savings and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Own the strategic and operational execution of IT procurement across all categories, geographies, and client engagements - Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, compliance, and seamless delivery for internal needs and client procurement programs - Combine category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and deal execution to deliver measurable savings and operational excellence Qualifications: Must-Have: - 6-9 years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain within technology services, hardware/software distribution, or MSP/systems integrator environments - Proven track record of delivering 10-20% cost savings through strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management - Deep expertise in IT procurement categories including networking equipment, compute/storage, security products, cloud subscriptions, software licensing, and professional services - Hands-on experience with procurement systems such as ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), e-sourcing platforms, contract management, and spend analytics tools - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau - Experience managing supplier relationships, negotiations, SLAs, performance scorecards, and escalation management - Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones and drive outcomes with multiple stakeholders - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting, client interactions, and supplier negotiations Nice-to-Have: - Experience delivering Procurement-as-a-Service or managed procurement for external clients - Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and procurement audit requirements - Knowledge of supply-chain risk management, business continuity planning, and dual-sourcing strategies - Understanding of software licensing models and hardware lifecycle management - Experience with multi-country procurement including VAT/GST, customs/duties, Incoterms, import documentation, and local regulatory requirements - Certifications in procurement or supply chain such as CPSM, CSCP, CIPS, or similar - Previous experience in high-growth companies scaling from $50M to $100M+ revenue Working Model & Benefits: - Location: India-based with flexible remote/hybrid working arrangements - Hours: Shift flexibility required to provide rotating coverage for Americas, EMEA, and APAC time zones - Travel: Minimal travel required (10-15% annually) for supplier QBRs, OEM meetings, or internal strategy sessions - Growth Path: Clear progression to Senior Procurement Analyst, Procurement Manager, Category Lead, or Strategic Sourcing Lead roles as Teceze scales Secure Sourcing PaaS from $10M to $20M+ revenue,
