Job Description

Work with Global Procurement Change and Innovation to define, assess and understand requirements aligned to the strategic outcomes of project.
Supporting the definition of high-level requirements for any programme of work
Support requirements life cycle management/solution design.
Support the programme management with impact assessment for change requests.
Responsibility for documenting detailed requirements.
Always acts in the HSBC s best interests and willing to openly discuss potentially difficult topics
Work closely with project team and delivery stakeholders to ensure smooth change delivery.
Support of Change Management activities such as early change planning and audience analysis through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g., communications, training, support, organization alignment).
Establish relationships with key project stakeholders.
Creation of end-to-end process maps supporting requirements
Other supporting activities within the Programme as required
Analyst role is heavily business focused, it is not an IT role.
Follow HSBC Change Framework within the project.
Acts as a role model to create and maintain a collaborative team environment which supports and encourages the professionalism and development of our teams.
An ambassador for the Project Execution brand.
Understand procurement data, perform analytics and understand how it flows within Procurement systems.
