How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead global tanking, final assembly, dismantling, and dispatch processes.
- Support factory expansions and greenfield projects worldwide.
- Drive innovation in productivity and process optimization.
- Lead global process owner community and provide training to local engineers. Conduct operational audits and update production standards.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on manufacturability improvements.
- Support investigations and lead PFMEA activities.
- Report monthly on global project progress and milestones.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in transformer and shunt reactor manufacturing.
- Proven experience in global project implementation and technology transfer.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC transformer manufacturing concepts.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and change management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
