Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders and Genpact service lines to define and execute global Sourcing, Procurement, and AP strategy
• Lead global operations with full P&L ownership, ensuring delivery against operational and financial targets
• Drive Genpact’s digitalization agenda using RPA, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Act as senior escalation point for complex operational and client issues; proactively identify risks and mitigation plans
• Implement strong governance to identify performance gaps and breakthroughs; drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
• Lead continuous improvement and productivity initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles
• Strengthen client relationships, improve Net Promoter Score (NPS), and take ownership of action plans
• Collaborate with retained client teams to support change management, adoption, and transformation initiatives
• Support new deal pursuits including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization
• Build and mentor high-performing global teams; promote cultural inclusivity and leadership depth
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, Commerce, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline from a reputed university
• Proven leadership of large global teams (minimum span ~350+) across multiple locations
• Deep subject matter expertise in Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience growing profitable, satisfied accounts
• Excellent negotiation, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience driving transformation and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma
• Ability to operate in complex, global, cross-cultural environments
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or professional certification in Procurement
• Exposure to platforms such as Coupa and Oracle Fusion
