Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Global Head of IT Strategies and Initiatives. This pivotal role will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of IT initiatives that align with the organization's global business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional expertise in IT strategy, innovation, and leadership, ensuring technology serves as a driving force for competitive advantage and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and drive the organization's global IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends. Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to drive innovation and efficiency. Establish a technology roadmap to support long-term growth and scalability. IT Governance and Risk Management Develop and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards across all regions. Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry best practices. Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT operations and strategic initiatives. Technology Innovation and Implementation Lead global IT initiatives, including the adoption of advanced technologies, digital transformation projects, and system integrations. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems and tools. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within IT teams. Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead and mentor a diverse, geographically dispersed team of IT professionals. Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align IT solutions with operational needs. Build strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and technology providers. Performance and Analytics Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of IT initiatives. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on the performance of IT strategies and projects. Monitor global IT trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). 12+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives on a global scale. Expertise in IT governance, risk management, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. Proven ability to manage large, complex projects across multiple regions.
