Global Events Operations - Manager - GO/JC/1211/2025

Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for event data analytics and storytelling, translating complex datasets into strategic insights for leadership and stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic client recruitment plans for events based on historical data and audience behaviorBuild and manage complex event registration sites in Cvent, ensuring seamless attendee experiences and accurate data capturePartner with Martech to enhance integrations between Cvent and Salesforce, ensuring data flows support analytics and reporting needsProvide detailed registration reporting and dashboards to leadership on a regular cadence, using Tableau and SalesforceAnalyze attendance records across all platforms and events, identifying trends and opportunities for improvementEvaluate ROI post-event and deliver strategic recommendations for future sponsorships and event investmentsSegment and assess event performance across categories such as tradeshows, sponsorships, and proprietary experiencesPartner with event team members to understand the unique goals and data needs of each eventLead training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent platform usage and data integrity

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor�s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or Communications preferred5+ years of experience in marketing technology applicationsProficiency in Cvent, Salesforce and Tableau is preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel); advanced knowledge of Excel formulas is preferredExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesStrong analytical thinking skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritizationExperience in moving major projects forward with minimal oversightAdaptable to new information, situations and challenges with minimal guidance
