Roles & Responsibilities:

Content Writing & Research:

Ø Create personalized and professional resumes, visa letters, and support documents.

Ø Draft clear, logical case representations that align with visa requirements and client objectives.

Ø Ensure all written materials meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.

Client Profiling & Advisory:

Ø Assess client backgrounds to identify suitable visa categories and career opportunities.

Ø Analyze client goals and recommend tailored pathways with a high probability of visa approval.

Ø Offer strategic suggestions aligned with immigration rules and career alignment.

Visa Process Management:

Ø Manage and coordinate the end-to-end visa process for employment-related visas across various countries.

Ø Liaise with clients for documentation, follow-ups, and clarification on requirements.

Ø Keep up-to-date with visa regulations and documentation standards for multiple destinations

Client Communication & Coordination:

Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their visa journey.

Ø Maintain clear, professional communication and ensure timely updates.

Ø Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
