All positions at Zeta Softech require an appropriate technical qualification from a renowned institution, along with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience and subject knowledge. Familiarity with ISO and CMM or equivalent processes is desirable, as well as excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a positive attitude towards teamwork. We are currently seeking experienced Business Development executives with 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience and global exposure, preferably in the KPO sector. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, client-facing abilities, and proficiency in business procurement, analysis, development, networking, and industry contacts. Candidates with experience in management tools, presentations, sales projections, Excel worksheets, MIS, and ISO-6S are preferred, especially those from the US and UK. The selected individual will be responsible for various business development activities in the KPO sector, including strategic planning, tactical execution, and client interactions. Desired Candidate Profile: - Result-oriented individual with hands-on experience in business development of BPO/KPO services. - Candidates with expertise in Legal support services, Image Digitizing, e-Publishing, data conversion, and content management are preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and B2B calling skills with North American/European corporate offices. - Comfortable interacting with senior executives and decision-makers of existing and prospective clients. In this role, key responsibilities include implementing strategies and business development plans, communicating with prospective clients, creating new business opportunities, providing pre-sales support, generating leads, and scheduling appointments with potential customers within the KPO vertical.,
