Axiad is an identity security company tackling the critical threats posed by compromised credentials, which account for over 70% of enterprise breaches. As human and non-human identities multiply across disparate systems, traditional IAM tools fall short, leaving organizations with fragmented visibility and significant security gaps.Axiad bridges this divide by uncovering hidden identity risks and credential vulnerabilities, providing actionable insights to strengthen security—without requiring a complete system overhaul. Our solutions integrate seamlessly with existing IAM infrastructures, enabling organizations to shrink their attack surface and adopt phishing-resistant, strong authentication methods. At Axiad, we make identity security simple, effective, and real for a passwordless, more secure world. Job Type:
Full-timeAxiad is seeking a visionary Generative Systems Architect to pioneer the future of software creation. This role evolves the traditional architect position by leveraging a full-stack AI development ecosystem. You will fuse 12+ years of software development experience and deep expertise in the Go programming language with a suite of sophisticated AI tools. Your mission is to steer the architectural design and automated development of mission-critical identity and access management (IAM) systems.Instead of direct, hands-on coding, you will be the strategic mind orchestrating our AI coding agents. You will translate complex business objectives into architectural blueprints and high-level prompts, guiding our AI from ideation to implementation. You will drive technical excellence by directing AI, not by writing code manually.
The AI-First Development Environment
Your core toolkit is designed for high-level abstraction and strategic oversight:
Ideation & Requirements with PM AI tools like devplan:
Generate and refine user stories, product requirements, and technical specifications through iterative, AI-assisted dialogues.AI-Driven Implementation with AI coding agents like ClaudeCode, Cursor:
Direct our AI coding agent to translate your architectural designs into high-quality, performant Go code.
Intelligent Review with AI code review tools like CodeRabbit:
Leverage AI to handle syntax, style, and boilerplate reviews, allowing you to focus your expertise on validating the logic, security, and integrity of AI-generated.
Role Responsibilities
AI-Driven Technical Leadership
- Define and drive enterprise-wide architectural standards and best practices for Go-based applications.
- Lead AI-augmented architectural design sessions, using devplan to translate business objectives into robust blueprints for AI execution.
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools that enhance the performance and capabilities of our AI-driven development process.
- Establish design patterns and development methodologies optimized for an AI-first workflow, ensuring the creation of scalable, resilient, and maintainable microservices architectures.
Generative Development & Orchestration
- Generate high-quality, performant Go code by authoring precise, context-rich prompts and specifications for our AI coding agent, ClaudeCode.
- Oversee AI-assisted code reviews with CodeRabbit, providing expert-level mentorship by focusing on the architectural integrity and logical soundness of the output.
- Rapidly prototype and develop proof-of-concepts for new architectural approaches by directing AI agents, validating complex ideas in a fraction of the traditional time.
- Guide the AI to debug and optimize performance bottlenecks in production systems.
System Design & AI-Powered Architecture
- Design and architect large-scale distributed systems and microservices by defining the high-level strategy and constraints for AI implementation.
- Use AI tools to generate and curate comprehensive technical documentation and architectural diagrams, ensuring they remain perfectly in sync with the evolving codebase.
- Ensure critical system requirements for scalability, security, and high availability are translated into clear, enforceable directives for the AI development process.
- Plan and execute system migrations and modernization initiatives by leveraging AI to analyze existing systems and generate refactoring strategies.
