The Java Fullstack Solution Architect is responsible for designing and leading the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions across both backend and frontend stacks. This role requires deep expertise in Java technologies, modern frontend frameworks, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure that solutions align with business goals and technical standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end software architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards[1][4][2].
• Lead the development and deployment of microservices-based applications using Java Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular)
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize performance, scalability, and security
• Oversee the integration of system components, including RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams
• Guide and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage multiple development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide hands-on support for complex challenges
• Work closely with stakeholders and product managers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create clear architectural documentation and provide training to team members
• Ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and operations
• Own responsibility for code quality, application security, and system performance
• Implement robust security measures (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, etc.) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)

Skills and requirements:

• 10-12 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Java and fullstack architecture
• Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA, Hibernate, Microservices, RESTful APIs
• Frontend: ReactJS (with Redux) or Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies[3][2].
• Databases: Experience with relational (Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket)
• Security: Proficiency in authentication and authorization technologies (OAuth2, JWT, Keycloak, Okta)
• API Documentation: Swagger/OpenAPI
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka)
• Experience working in distributed team environments
