Generative AI Engineer – Logistics Tech

Position: AI Engineer Location: Work from Office – 5 Days a Week Company: Kale Logistics Solutions About the Role: Kale Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to lead the development of innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI applications. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge AI models into scalable web-based products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions that transform the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks. Build and manage robust APIs to integrate AI models with web applications. Utilize frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Phidata to build AI-driven solutions. Work with Generative AI models, Agent-based systems, and LLMs for real-world applications. Develop AI workflows, including data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Apply MLOps practices to automate and optimize the AI lifecycle (CI/CD, monitoring, scaling). Deploy solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and other orchestration platforms. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and software engineers to align AI solutions with business needs. Stay updated with emerging AI trends and technologies and implement relevant innovations. Conduct effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve production issues. Requirements: Must-Have Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields. Pedigree: Must be a graduate from IIT, NIT, or BITS. Technical Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development using the Python stack. Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and backend development. Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, PyTorch, TensorFlow. Solid understanding of algorithms, data preprocessing, AI/ML fundamentals, and generative models. Hands-on experience with AI model deployment, scalability, and performance optimization. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Nice to Have: Experience with MLOps tools and practices, model lifecycle management, and monitoring. Exposure to Phidata, CrewAI, or other emerging AI agent frameworks. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
