Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a General Support-Lateral in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.

Manage and resolve complex customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products.

Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to senior management.

Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.

Job

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO or IT enabled services environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience working with CRM software and other technology platforms is an asset.
