Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, analyzing sales data, and providing training and guidance to the sales team. The General Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive strategy and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• 10+ years of experience in jewellery industry and minimum 4 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
