Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Sales Manager for the Suzuki 2W Dealership at Erish Motors Private Limited, located at Balangir. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Team Leadership skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Customer Relationship Management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and trends
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in the automotive sales industry is a must
