OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: Your primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing profitability. With a combination of leadership, hospitality expertise, and business acumen, to maintain high service standards and achieve business goals. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES: Operations management Oversee all hotel operations, including rooms division, food and beverage outlets, spa and recreation facilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery. Financial management Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, analyzing financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize profitability and achieve financial targets. Sales and marketing Lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share, including developing sales strategies, targeting key market segments, and cultivating relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders. Guest relations Cultivate positive relationships with guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their stay and satisfaction. Quality control Maintain high standards of product and service quality, conducting regular inspections, and implementing procedures to ensure consistency and excellence throughout the hotel. Community engagement Engage with the local community and industry partners, participating in community events, supporting charitable initiatives, and representing the hotel in relevant associations and organizations. QUALIFICATION: A university degree in hotel management or a related field with Experience managing the hotel. Excellent computer system skills. Comfort working with budgets, revenue and forecasting. Strong communications skills. EXPERIENCE: At least 18 to 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury experience. And 5 to 10 years of experience as a General Manager.
