General Manager – Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
Drive new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Lead and mentor sales & marketing teams for high performance.
Build strong client, distributor, and stakeholder relationships.
Oversee brand development, product positioning, and campaigns.
Conduct market/competitor analysis and prepare MIS reports.
