General Manager Sales Marketing

As the General Manager - Sales & Marketing at TreeVeda Foods, you will play a pivotal role in driving the national sales expansion and brand growth in the General Trade sector. You will be responsible for strategically developing and executing a distribution network comprising of 200+ distributors, ensuring effective CSA/channel planning. Your leadership skills will be crucial in leading, training, and monitoring a national sales team to achieve goal alignment and performance delivery. Identifying new territories and ensuring geographical footprint growth will be key aspects of your role. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the implementation and enforcement of company policies, trade terms, and brand integrity in the market. Maintaining a strong culture of team and client retention, while upholding professional ethics and company decorum, will be essential. You will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer feedback to refine growth strategies and collaborate with internal departments for marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in the FMCG/Food industry, preferably in a GM Sales/Marketing role. Proven experience in General Trade distribution expansion and channel partner development is required. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a PAN India sales force, and a strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability are essential.
