Visit www.adfinityglobal.com for more details . We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead the growth of our Digital OOH business from our Kochi office. Key Responsibilities Lead revenue generation for the Digital OOH vertical through direct client acquisition, agency relationships, and long-term partnerships. Strategically identify high-potential sectors (retail, real estate, F&B, education , media etc.) and pitch value-driven media solutions. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals; drive KPIs and performance culture. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and media planning teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction. Develop and manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Represent Adfinity at key industry events, trade shows, and regional networking opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PG in Marketing/Sales preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in media sales , with at least 3 years in Digital OOH, traditional OOH, or related advertising industries. Strong portfolio of achievements in revenue growth, client retention, and high-value deal closures. Deep understanding of the media agency ecosystem and advertiser decision-making processes.
