Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Mandi Village, New Delhi. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage project execution, and ensure the timely delivery of engineering and construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, maintaining quality control, developing and implementing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards. The General Manager will also be responsible for stakeholder communication and fostering strong vendor and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Project Management, EPC Execution, and Strategic Planning skills
• Experience in Civil, Structural, and Electrical Engineering
• Budget Management, Quality Control, and Compliance skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in the construction and engineering industry is essential
• Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools
