Role Description

This is a full-time role for a MEP Project Manager located in Delhi. The MEP Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of project activities, including coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of milestones. The role involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, managing submittals, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. The MEP Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation and facilitating effective communication among project teams. He will also be responsible to develop teams, vendors, internal SOP's, processes for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management, including Budgeting and managing Submittals
• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Technical expertise in MS Structures, Elevators and related domains
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi/NCR
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in the construction and engineering industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
