Role Description This is a full-time role for a MEP Project Manager located in Delhi. The MEP Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of project activities, including coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of milestones. The role involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, managing submittals, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. The MEP Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation and facilitating effective communication among project teams. He will also be responsible to develop teams, vendors, internal SOP's, processes for efficient operations. Qualifications Proven experience in Project Management, including Budgeting and managing Submittals In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems Technical expertise in MS Structures, Elevators and related domains Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Delhi/NCR Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Experience in the construction and engineering industry is a plus Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

The General Manager will also be responsible for stakeholder communication and fostering strong vendor and partner relationships. Qualifications Project Management, EPC Execution, and Strategic Planning skills Experience in Civil, Structural, and Electrical Engineering Budget Management, Quality Control, and Compliance skills Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Experience in the construction and engineering industry is essential Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools
