Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field. MBA preferred. - 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in real estate, land sales, and department management. - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. - In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, market dynamics, and regulatory framework. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant real estate software. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
