Job Description

As a Channel Sales professional at our esteemed real estate company, you will be instrumental in the process of onboarding channel partners to collaborate with our developer firm. Your main responsibility will be to forge and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring a seamless integration into our business ecosystem. This role requires meticulous record-keeping and effective communication skills to drive partner engagement and satisfaction. You will be tasked with identifying and engaging potential channel partners to establish strategic collaborations with our developer firm. Leading the onboarding process for new channel partners, you will guide them through the necessary documentation and agreements. Serving as the primary point of contact for channel partners, you will address their inquiries, concerns, and support needs. Your role will also involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance partner satisfaction, retention, and performance. Maintaining accurate records of partner interactions, transactions, and agreements using CRM software or other relevant tools is a crucial aspect of this role. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support in meeting partner objectives is also essential. Providing regular updates and reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth opportunities, as well as staying abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to offer insights and recommendations to management, are integral parts of this role. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in partner management within the real estate sector is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, are essential. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in the MS Office suite and CRM software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities are also key requirements. The candidate should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with the Noida real estate market is advantageous. The salary range for this position is 6 LPA to 24 LPA, and the job location is in Noida, Sector 04.
