Job Description

As a Channel Sales at our esteemed real estate company, your role is pivotal in onboarding channel partners to collaborate with our developer firm. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring their seamless integration into our business ecosystem. Your attention to detail and effective communication skills will be crucial in driving partner engagement and satisfaction. - Identify and engage potential channel partners for strategic collaborations. - Lead the onboarding process for new partners, assisting with necessary documentation and agreements. - Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and support needs. - Develop strategies to enhance partner satisfaction, retention, and performance. - Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, transactions, and agreements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in meeting partner objectives. - Provide regular updates and reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth opportunities. - Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to offer insights to management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. - Minimum 4 years of experience in partner management within the real estate sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The salary range for this role is 6 LPA to 24 LPA, located in Noida, Sector 04. We are dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusivity in our workplace, encouraging female candidates to apply.
