Job Description

Role & responsibilities of GM - QAQC

Establishing & implementation of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Risk Assessment, RCA, etc.

1. Developing work methodology, Inspection & Test Plans for all activities, (in coordination with site QC managers)

2.Smooth functioning of Quality Inspection process, with OR without software.

3.Coordinating with Collaborative service providers (for quality) for their effective performance

4. Leading the Quality Team on all fronts successfully including allocation Participate in interview & selection process of Quality personnel Managing periodic site quality audits, NC Management

5. Effective implementation of Re-work/ s/c performance-based debit system Developing & implementing periodical Quality Surveillance process.

6.Establishing & implementing Lessons Learned Managing data & providing statistical reports to Top Management regarding the performance of QMS.

7.Providing Support for ISO 9001:2015 certification. Maintain documentation & prepare Quality reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile Minimum 18 yrs experience in Quality function of Real Estate Industry. Should have handled senior role.
