The General Manager will lead a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in pharmacy management.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability in the pharmacy retail division. - Manage daily operations of pharmacy retail, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. - Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff to foster a high-performance culture. - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing and quality standards. - Monitor inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and oversee procurement processes. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. - Implement marketing initiatives to promote pharmacy services and enhance customer engagement. - Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports. - Ensure exemplary customer service by addressing concerns and feedback effectively.
