Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

General Manager

with a strong background in

sales leadership

and proven expertise in

P&L management

. The role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive paint industry market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution
: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
P&L Ownership
: Manage overall financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement.
Business Strategy
: Formulate and execute long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
Leadership & Team Development
: Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams across sales, operations, and support functions.
Market Development
: Identify new business opportunities, expand distribution networks, and strengthen customer relationships.
Operational Oversight
: Ensure efficiency in production, supply chain, and distribution processes.
Stakeholder Engagement
: Collaborate with senior leadership, partners, and external stakeholders to drive business success.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in sales and business leadership, with at least 5 years in the paint/coatings industry or allied sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing P&L and delivering sustainable financial results.
Strong track record of strategic planning and execution at leadership level.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
