General Manager Operations

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the overall operations of Haveli Restaurant & Resorts Ltd. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful day-to-day management of all restaurant and resort operations, delivering exceptional service, and maximizing profitability. You will provide strategic leadership and direction to the management team and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of restaurant and resort operations, such as food and beverage service, guest relations, accommodations, sales, marketing, and financial management. Developing and implementing effective business strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience will be key. Monitoring financial performance, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing regular reports for senior management will be part of your role. Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the establishment will be essential. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with guests, vendors, suppliers, and local community stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and brand awareness. Developing and executing marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing customers will be important, including organizing special events, themed nights, and partnership collaborations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and at least 15 years of relevant experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive leadership position in the hospitality industry. Strong business acumen, financial management skills, excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in relevant computer systems and software applications are required.
