We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, direction, and operations of the company, ensuring maximum profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction
Strategic Leadership1. Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, aligning with the CEO's vision and objectives.2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

3. Collaborate with the senior management team to set goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient use of resources.

2. Manage and motivate a team of department heads, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

3. Implement processes and systems to enhance customer experience, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry partners.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
1. Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

2. Oversee financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
