1. Site Management: Supervise construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
2. Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
3. Safety Management: Implement and enforce site safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and investigate incidents.
4. Communication: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
5. Reporting: Prepare and submit site reports, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations.
6. Team Management: Supervise site staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor site expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement budget controls.
