Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee our residential interior projects , stores including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home interiors. The candidate should have strong on-site supervision skills and experience managing labour teams and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities at residential project locations.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, and other labour teams to ensure timely work completion.
Maintain quality control and ensure work is executed as per design and specifications.
Track material usage and ensure timely delivery of site requirements.
Update project progress reports and communicate regularly with the design and operations teams.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline on-site.
Handle multiple project sites within Delhi/NCR if required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interiors, furniture, or modular kitchen projects.
Good understanding of interior fit-out processes and materials.
Ability to manage on-site teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to various residential project sites.
