Job Description

Role:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end US HRO operations, including Payroll, Benefits administration & Retirement services. Role requires strategic oversight of service delivery, ensuring excellence in client satisfaction, operational efficiency & compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the US HRO Operations team, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Encompassing onboarding, data management, benefits administration, front office back office activities, exits.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Presales, Solutions, and others, to participate in RFPs and RFIs for new client acquisitions, ensuring accurate and competitive submissions.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end US HRO operations, encompassing Payroll, Benefits administration, and Retirement services, ensuring efficient and seamless delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and process improvements within the US HRO Operations team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and adopting best practices to drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies pertaining to US HRO Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Retirement services.
  • Oversee the performance management and professional development of the US HRO Operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, escalations, and challenges, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Post Graduate in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 16 years of experience in US Payroll, Benefits, and Retirement operations within HRO.
  • Demonstrated skills in SLA and metrics management for service delivery excellence. Experience managing SOWs and contractual client engagements.
  • Proficiency in HR technology platforms such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and JIRA
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large teams (150-200 FTEs) within US HRO Operations.
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification
  • SPHR or SHRM-CP Certification.
