Job Title: General Manager HR (Group Head)

Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand

Work Mode: On-site | 6 Days Working

Notice Period: 30 Days


About the Role:

LSC Infratech Ltd. is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic oversight of the Group Human Resources function. This leadership role spans across our diverse business units, including Mining, Infrastructure, Auto Retail, Agroforestry, and Gases. The role requires expertise in aligning HR practices with the organization’s growth strategy while fostering a culture of excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies across various business verticals including Mining, Infrastructure, Auto Retail, Agroforestry, and Gases.
  • Partner with the executive leadership team to align workforce planning with organizational growth objectives, focusing on capability building and succession planning.


Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and specialized/niche roles.
  • Establish and maintain talent pipelines to support future business expansions and growth initiatives.


Talent Management & Development:

  • Design and implement frameworks to identify high-potential talent, promote career growth, and accelerate leadership development.
  • Oversee learning & development interventions and employee engagement programs that promote talent retention.


Industrial Relations & Compliance:

  • Navigate labor relations, union negotiations, and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws.
  • Foster a positive industrial relations environment across multiple plants and business units.


HR Governance & Systems:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, compensation structures, performance management frameworks, and benefits programs.
  • Champion HR digitalization initiatives to enhance system efficiencies and streamline processes.


Candidate Profile:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institution.
  • 15–20 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), compliance, and managing multi-location workforce dynamics.
  • Proven track record in scaling HR systems within high-growth organizations.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
