General Manager

Role Overview: As the General Manager of the textile retail showroom in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance and profitability of the store. Your role will involve overseeing store operations, sales performance, staff management, customer satisfaction, visual merchandising, inventory control, and strategic planning to achieve business objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the retail showroom to ensure smooth functioning, maintaining high standards in cleanliness, organization, and customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, analyzing sales data and market trends to drive performance. - Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer service excellence. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally. - Monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment, and minimize stock loss through effective tracking and security measures. - Maintain visual standards in line with brand guidelines, coordinating seasonal changes, product launches, and in-store promotions. - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and expense reports, overseeing billing, vendor coordination, and general administrative duties effectively.
