Procurement: Identify and develop reliable sources of feldspar raw material from mines. Negotiate procurement contracts to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing. Coordinate with geology and quality control teams for material assessments. 2. Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow domestic and export markets. Build and manage relationships with buyers in ceramics, glass, and other feldspar-using industries. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and marketing strategies. 3. Factory & Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the processing plant ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality. Coordinate production planning based on market demand and raw material availability. Implement cost-effective operational procedures while maintaining product standards. Ensure compliance with environmental and labor regulations. 4. Financial & Strategic Planning: Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement plans. Report operational and financial performance to top management. 5. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor procurement, sales, and factory teams. Build a culture of accountability, safety, and performance.
