We’re Hiring: General Manager – Fleet Personnel (Cruise Division)

Experience:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead Fleet Personnel operations for the Cruise Division. If you excel in managing large, diverse teams and ensuring seamless shipboard staffing, this role is for you.


✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Fleet Personnel Operations for the cruise division.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, rotations, and crew welfare.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with maritime regulations, STCW standards, and internal policies.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession management, and crew retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with shipboard leaders, manning agencies, and global departments.
  • Oversee performance management, handle escalations, and maintain crew readiness across vessels.
  • Implement process improvements and support digital transformation in fleet personnel workflows.


🎯 Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Fleet Personnel / Crewing, preferably within the cruise or marine industry.
  • Strong leadership experience managing large or cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent understanding of maritime regulations and crew certification requirements.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
