About the Role:

General Manager Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 4 Zonal Managers and their respective clusters of stores across India.
  
• Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  
• Identify and implement new business opportunities, including store expansions and market development.
  
• Take complete ownership of P&L management, cost optimization, and financial target achievement.
  
• Collaborate with merchandising teams for product assortment and regional demand planning.
  
• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  
• Foster a performance-driven culture with coaching, training, and recognition programs.
  
• Conduct frequent store visits and operational audits to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  
• Drive customer experience initiatives to improve satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  
• Partner with leadership to define business strategy and long-term growth objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience (810 years) in senior retail leadership handling multi-store/regional operations.
  
• Strong expertise in

  Retail Operations, P&L Management, Business Expansion, Merchandising, and Inventory Control.

• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and analytical

  skills.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-first approach.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  
• Energetic, organized, and goal-oriented with a “go-getter” attitude.
