General Manager Business Development

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategy

· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

· Identify new business opportunities, project leads, and strategic alliances with architects, interior designers, developers, and HNIs.

· Lead and manage regional business development teams to ensure revenue growth and client satisfaction.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine positioning and product strategies.

2. Client & Relationship Management

· Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior design firms, developers, and luxury homeowners.

· Oversee the end-to-end business development cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

· Represent Callisto Elements at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.

3. Sales Leadership & Team Management

· Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and incentive structures for the business development team.

· Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve targets.

· Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

4. Brand & Market Development

· Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns, events, and partnerships that attract premium clientele.

· Ensure brand positioning aligns with luxury market standards and customer expectations.

· Contribute to pricing, product mix, and service offerings based on market insights.
