Key Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other work areas. Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed. Empty trash bins and restock supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly. Follow standard operating procedures and hygiene standards. Cooperate with team members and other departments.

· Design Leadership: Develop and execute Furniture design concepts that meet client needs and enhance functionality and aesthetics. · Project Management: Oversee all phases of the Furniture design process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. · Client Interaction : Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their vision and translating it into actionable design strategies. · Team Collaboration : Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. · Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations for client approval. · Material Selection : Source and recommend furnishings, materials, and finishes that align with project goals. · Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design integrity, and resolve any issues that arise. · Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
