Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations including Talent Acquisition, Performance management System, learning & development, culture building.
  • Develop strategic HRM roadmap to align with business goals.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Responsible for design inputs and managing the performance management system at the organization.
  • Proficient in Employee relations, Grievance Handling systems, Legal & Statutory Compliance, Discipline Management, Manpower Planning.
  • Overall heading HR department with supervision & control of KRA of HR personnel at all locations.
  • Timely recruitment of new employees especially senior employees.
  • Control on payroll processing so that all employees get their salary correctly and additions/deletions are updated timely.
  • Processing & settlement of Insurance claims
  • Providing all required MIS to the Management.
  • Monitoring & Checking the OT Payment of employee for all the group companies.
  • Monitoring & Checking of full & final settlement of Ex-employees for all the group companies
  • Monitoring & Checking the Contractor/Security bill verification for all the group companies.
  • Monitoring security & checking the Plant bills for the day to day expenses.
  • Ensuring Diwali arrangement for decoration & gift at SBD.
  • General administrative work like security monitoring, ensuring diwali arrangement, etc and other work as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Key Skills & Competencies-

  • Strong Knowledge of HR Operations in manufacturing or Chemical Industry.
  • Good Understanding of labor laws, Factory Act and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership, decision-making and team management Skills.
  • Ability to handle IR and workforce challenges effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience-

  • B.Sc ( Chemical) would be a preferene.
  • MBA in HR / Industrial Relations
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience
  • Proven experience as HR & admin
  • Chemical Industry background
  • Proven working experience in the plant
  • Maintain good liasoning with Govt. official/Local administration.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills and able to work with all levels of Management.
