Role Summary

We are looking for a senior, hands-on finance professional to take end-to-end ownership of accounts finalisation, taxation, statutory compliances, and ERP accounting controls. This is a high-trust, single-point accountability role suited for someone seeking long-term association with a growing organisation.

Qualification:

• CA / MBA (Finance) or any Graduate with relevant experience.

Experience:

• Minimum 15–20 years experience in accounts, taxation & ERP-based systems
• Strong exposure to direct & indirect taxation
• Experience in mid-to-large Indian companies (services/logistics preferred)
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• High integrity, maturity, and ownership mindset
• Stable career history with intent for long-term commitment (5+ years).

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual finalisation of accounts
• Preparation and review of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Handling GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, tax audits, and statutory audits
• Ensuring 100% statutory, regulatory, and compliance adherence
• Managing tax assessments, scrutiny, and audit proceedings
• Supervision, validation, and control of ERP-based accounting entries
• Identifying, analyzing, and correcting system or entry-level discrepancies
• Coordination with auditors, consultants, banks, and tax authorities
• Reviewing, mentoring, and guiding the accounts and finance team
• MIS reporting, budgeting, and providing financial insights to management
