Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a General Manager - Accounts. The General Manager - Accounts will oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, leading a team of accounting professionals, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to achieve overall organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
• Sound knowledge of Tax Compliance, Audits, and Financial Regulations
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making
• Experience in managing and leading teams effectively, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, along with strong technical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus
