Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development – Projects:

·        Identify large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects within the region.

·        Develop relationships with key decision-makers: project managers, structural consultants, procurement heads, and architects.

·        Engage early in project planning stages to get product approvals/specifications for TMT steel bars.

Sales Execution:

·        Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales from infrastructure projects, construction companies, and government tenders.

·        Ensure timely submission of quotations, follow-ups, and negotiations to close high-value deals.

Client Relationship Management:

·        Maintain strong long-term relationships with institutional clients to ensure repeat orders and references.

·        Conduct regular visits to construction sites to assess material requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Coordination & Support:

·        Coordinate with the logistics, technical, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

·        Assist in product demonstrations, technical discussions, and site support.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

·        Track upcoming projects, competitor activity, pricing trends, and client feedback.

·        Prepare weekly/monthly reports on project pipeline, order conversion, and client interactions.
