General Manager Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations of the cement plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely accounting records are maintained, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax regulations and internal controls.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Cost Control: Monitor and analyze operational costs, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior management.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Professional accounting certification (CA, ICAI)
• Experience: 15+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 10 years in a leadership position within the manufacturing sector.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
