• Role- General Manager – Accounts and Finance

• Qualification & Experience-

CA Intermediate (mandatory).
With minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, taxation, and financial compliance.

• Key responsibilities

Oversee and finalize the Balance Sheet, P&L, MIS, and all core accounting functions including payables, receivables, ledgers, and reconciliations.

Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, Direct & Indirect Taxes, and manage statutory filings, audits, and coordination with regulatory authorities.

Provide oversight on legal, compliance, and governance matters while leading and mentoring the accounts team.

• Key skills and​ competencies

In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and deliver results under deadlines.

Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder management

High standards of integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability under pressure.

• Salary -

Starting INR 1,00,000 (negotiable )
