About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our consulting team, working closely with leading General Insurance clients. The ideal candidate should bring a strong foundation in data understanding and insurance domain knowledge to drive digital transformation and data-led decision-making across the insurance value chain. This is a hands-on, consultative role that requires a structured thinker who can work seamlessly with both business and technical teams to define data and functional requirements, and support delivery through all phases of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep functional understanding of General Insurance operations across policy administration, claims lifecycle, underwriting, billing, and regulatory reporting. Lead data requirement gathering for projects involving data warehouses, data lakes, and operational data stores. Translate business needs into structured deliverables including: Business Requirement Document Data Dictionaries and Business Glossaries Source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and data validation rules KPI-Dimension Matrix and ETL Strategy Design and maintain conceptual and logical to support insurance systems.
