To ensure a seamless customer experience at the GEC by handling walk-ins, converting
leads, maintaining data accuracy, executing footfall-increasing activities, and managingadministrative tasks related to d cor and display and ensuring GEC Profitability bymaintaining Cost of Operation below

Problem solving and Clear communications with customers on WhatsApp messages
Addressing the customers needs and ensuring they have a good experience. Active listening discussing the designs and selections in detail offering visuals and reference pictures . Understanding the requirementand identifying the scope for up selling & cross selling.

Following up with End Customers maintaining follow up
Maintaining a rapport with the specifiers mapped to GEC and giving them a curtsy call periodically (tele calling on Walkin customers) Coordinating with dealers who are referring customers and promptly informing them about the selection and mapping with the respectivesales team as well.

Monthly Conversion Report to be prepared and maintained product wise, vertical wise and as required 20%
Punching the Leads into the LSQ the same day the lead are generated Expense Reports to be maintained along with proper supporting bills and approvals Mapping the Salesperson according to the protocol laid down for the same. Weekly Footfalls report to be sent to all concerned Maintaining GEC Enquiry List.

Through periodic EDMs sent on whatsapp or email messages
Conducting activities in co-ordination with Sales and Marketing
