You'll be key to building new partnerships, growing existing ones, and serving as the go-to expert for detailed flight ticketing and GDS support using Sabre and Amadeus . This is a full-time on-site role for a GDS Ticketing & Sales Executive – B2B, based in Gurugram. Daily tasks include processing and issuing tickets through GDS platforms, managing client queries, and optimizing sales strategies. The role requires active coordination with travel partners, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and effective communication. Responsibilities: Ticketing (GDS Operations): Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets using Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. Handle fare constructions, revalidations, manual pricing, and schedule changes. Ensure accuracy in PNR management, airline fare rules, and IATA/BSP regulations. Manage and resolve ticketing errors, queue handling, and post-ticketing support. Coordinate with airlines for fare audits, ADM/ACM disputes, and complex ticketing cases. Sales & Business Development (B2B): Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential B2B partners (OTAs, travel agencies). Present and promote the company’s ticketing services, tools, and support offerings. Onboard new partners by guiding them through the registration and integration process. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collect and share client feedback to improve service quality and offerings. Coordination & Support: Work closely with internal teams (tech, finance, customer support) for smooth ticket processing. Provide after-sales support and assist partners with operational or service-related queries. Maintain accurate records of all ticketing actions and sales activities. Qualifications Experience with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) Ticket Sales and Reservations skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Fluency in English Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, business administration, or related field is preferred What We Offer A critical role at the core of our B2B travel operations, with direct impact on partner satisfaction and company success.
